Terms and Conditions

  Shipping Information:

-Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days from the time we receive and process your order.

-If an item on your order is Back Ordered, you will be notified via email or Phone in 24-48 hours.

-Orders received after 4pm PST are processed the next business day.

-Orders received on holidays and weekends are processed the next business day.

-If you order items from different manufacturers you may receive separate shipments and the shipping time may vary.

-You will be sent an email shipping confirmation every time an item on your order ships.

-We reserve all the rights to use the best possible shipping carrier available. 

-We mainly use Ups and Fedex and for close destination we use are own delivery trucks.


  Return Policies & Procedures:

-We accept returns only if the item has not been opened and is still in original packaging.

-We do not accept returns for special orders.

-We reserved rights to determine whether to refuse or cancel the RGA agreement or mark up the restocking fee if we receive the items in unsellable or open box condition.

-All returns will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

-We will not refund shipping charges.

-You will have to notify us before shipping the returned item.

-Returns must be made within 15 days after purchase.

-ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION & APPROVAL. This is our policy and non-negotiable.

-We are using stock photos on some of our item listings, you may receive non-exactly the same item as pictured in our website.

-All fixtures are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If your fixture is defective, please contact us at or and we will assist you with your claim. Customer agreed to cover the return freight.

-If your order arrived damaged, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 / FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 / USPS at 1-800-275-8777 first then we will assist you. Once the claim payment has been received, we will ship a new item to you, subject to company’s freight terms and conditions. Please Note: Do not ship any items back to us without contacting us first for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which needs to be printed on the label of the box. All items without this RGA number will be refused and sent back to you.


  Order Cancellation Policy:

-All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 7.5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

• If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

• Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
